SHIPPING POLICY
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse and orders will ship out once processed. Therefore, delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse after completing the 1–3 business days of processing.
During sales or promotional periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. IST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. IST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

- Rs 99 for orders from Rs. 240/- to Rs. 158/-
- Rs 149 for orders under Rs. 158/-
- Rs 30 will be charge additionally for all Cash on Delivery Orders.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
KIKGERM takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
KIKGERM is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 2 days of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

I put the incorrect address, what do I do?
Reach out to us on support@kikgerm.com and we'll see if we can correct the address if it has not left our warehouse.
Tracking
Package tracking numbers are available via your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before calling customer service to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit due to inaccurate or incomplete customer shipping information. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The tracking on my package says that my order has arrived, but I don’t see it?
If the tracking links states that your order has arrived, but you haven't received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
- Check the shipping address to confirm it is correct
- Check with a neighbour to see if they have it waiting for you!
- Wait 1-2 days, as the package could be scanned that it has arrived, but actually hasn't yet. If it still doesn't reach you, please email us on support@kikgerm.com
My package never made it, do I receive a refund?
A claim will have to be submitted in written via email to us at support@kikgerm.com, before receiving a refund. Depending on the circumstance of the undelivered, missing or stolen package, we can provide full or partial refund. If your claim is satisfactory, then we will resend the order. If order is not accepted upon repeat delivery, only partial refund will be applicable.
