Cancellation Policy
No cancellation is allowed after purchase, except where required by law or otherwise allowed herein. Once an order has been submitted, your credit/debit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipped. We will be unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY.
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes. If you need to change your order, please email support@divcare.in with subject line “Change My Order” and your Order Number in the subject line along with a clear description of what needs to be changed and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We won't be able to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will reflect in your statement within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to reflect back in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
